How MTY came to be.
MTY Capital started in 2020 as a materials supplier in Muara Tabuan, Kuching. Roofing, sanitary, steel — the basics that every contractor in Sarawak needs to keep moving. We grew by being where the materials were needed: Lundu, Bau, Serian, Kota Sentosa. Five locations now stock under the Kilang Atap signage.
Construction came next. Customers buying our materials kept asking who they could trust to install them. So we built our own team. Renovations, extensions, kitchens — handled end-to-end by people on our payroll, not subcontractors who disappear after the deposit clears.
Furniture closed the loop. Custom walk-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, built-ins — designed around the room, not a catalog. One vendor, one phone call, one final invoice. From the foundation to the finish, that's MTY.

Do you sell to walk-in customers or only contractors?
Both. MTY supplies contractors and homeowners. Walk-ins are welcome at any location during business hours. WhatsApp is the fastest way to check stock before visiting.
Can MTY handle a project from materials through to finished build?
Yes. MTY Supply provides the materials, MTY Construction handles the build, and MTY Furniture handles custom cabinetry. One company, one phone line, one final invoice. Customers can also engage any single division on its own.
Where do you operate?
Materials are stocked across five locations: Muara Tabuan (HQ), Lundu, Bau, Serian, and Kota Sentosa — all marked as Kilang Atap. Construction services cover Kuching, Kota Samarahan, and Siburan. Custom furniture is built at the Penrissen workshop and installed across the same areas.
How fast can you deliver materials?
Same-day pickup at any location once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp. Delivery is arranged based on volume and location — usually next-day for standard quantities within greater Kuching.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes. All Construction and Furniture projects start with a site visit and a written quote that includes materials, labor, timeline, and payment milestones. No work begins until the quote is approved.
